We previously reported that the Commercial Director of KMZ JSC, Aleksey Filatov, took part in a business mission of Orenburg Region enterprises to New Delhi (Republic of India). Today we sum up the results of this work.
The business mission included:
✅ B2B negotiations — face-to-face meetings with potential partners
✅ A working visit to the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in India — a presentation of the plant at the official delegation level
✅ Consultations with manufacturers, dealers and end users of magnesium compounds
Indian companies showed great interest in the products of the Silicon-Magnesium Plant. They particularly noted:
🌟 High quality — the products are certified "Made in Russia", and every batch undergoes laboratory control
💰 Competitive pricing — Russian magnesium is more cost-effective than imported alternatives thanks to short logistics and the absence of currency risks
📦 A wide product range — magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and monohydrate, magnesium-silicon granulated mixture, Uralmag Epsom salt
The business mission resulted in the following agreements:
✅ Working out trial shipments — Indian companies are ready to test our products on their fields and farms
✅ Continued negotiations — additional meetings will be held in the near future to agree on contract terms
✅ Entering a new market — India is one of the largest agricultural markets in the world, and entering it opens up major prospects for KMZ
