KMZ COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR PRESENTED THE PLANT IN INDIA

Our export vector is gaining strength. Aleksey Filatov, Commercial Director of KMZ JSC, is working in Delhi, Republic of India as part of the Orenburg Region delegation.

On July 21, 2026, he gave a presentation of the Silicon-Magnesium Plant at a meeting at the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India.

WHAT WAS DISCUSSED?

The meeting took place as part of the Orenburg Region delegation's business mission. Aleksey Filatov presented to potential Indian partners:
• KMZ's production capacities (a modern zero-waste production facility)
• The product line (magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and monohydrate, complex magnesium fertilizer, Uralmag Epsom salt)
• The advantages of cooperation (the "Made in Russia" certificate, membership in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, an in-house railway spur)
• The potential for supplies to the Indian market

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

India is one of the largest and fastest-growing agrochemical markets in the world. The country is actively developing its agriculture, and demand for quality fertilizers and feed additives here is enormous.

What entering the Indian market gives KMZ:
• Expanding the geography of supplies
• Diversification of export destinations
• Strengthening our position in the international arena

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Orenburg Region already held talks with the Indian Business Alliance (about 150 companies) on developing cooperation in the chemical industry and metallurgy. The KMZ presentation at the Trade Representation is a logical continuation of this work.
